Pinterest me please!

I have recently become addicted to pinterest.com. I've found myself going on to the website to pass time and 3 hours later it's time for bed! This site is great and I definitely recommend joining it. There is everything from women's apparel, art, food & drink to technology, fitness and home decor. There are a million more topics. Still a little confused? Here is a short description:
Pinterest is basically a Virtual Pinboard.
Pinterest lets you organize and share all the beautiful things you find on the web. People use pinboards to plan their weddings, decorate their homes, and organize their favorite recipes. Best of all, you can browse pinboards created by other people. Browsing pinboards is a fun way to discover new things and get inspiration from people who share your interests.
All you do is go to the website and request an invite and they will get back to within a day. Once you are accepted you can pin away. This site gives you ideas for parties, weddings, meals, and so much more. It is honestly one of those things that you have to see for yourself to get. Pinterest is one of my favorite waste my time sites that doesn't actually waste you time!
Here are a few of my pins from my pinboards!

Hope this gives you all a taste of what your should no longer be missing out on! ;)

Caught in the Middle(ton)

I, like many others, have recently become obsessed with the royal family. I am absolutely in love with Kate's wardrobe and style choices! However, since the royal wedding, its become quite clear that someone else has stolen some of Kate's spotlight. Many of you may know who I mean and for those who don't I'm talking about Kate's sister, Pippa Middleton. Pippa seemed to come out of nowhere the day the of the royal wedding. Everyone seemed to ask the same question, "Who is this other girl in white?"

Now that the wedding is over, I've noticed many shows airing that are talking about Pippa Middleton. So I thought it was only fitting to dedicate a post to Pippa! I'll be showing a casual and dressier look from Pippa, not to mention ways on how you can get the looks as well. So let's begin, shall we?!

Dress to Impress!

It seems that all I want to wear nowadays is dresses! I mean they are so comfy and easy to slip on (not to mention a nice breeze form the extreme heat we've been having lately). Styling a dress doesn't take much and when it comes to summer you don't want to have to worry about more than you have too. So, with that said, I've been keeping my eye out for versatile and easy to wear dresses that won't break my college student budget that I have to work with.
This dress and belt are from Charlotte Russe. The top of the dress is a tank style with a floral print, while the bottom skirt has a sort of bohemian flare to it.The belt actually came with the dress, talk about a deal! The necklace is also from Charlotte Russe and has similar colored stones as the colors in the dress (which I absolutely love by the way!). The dress was around $25 dollars, while the necklace was no more than $10. The shoes I'm wearing are not seen here, but I simply paired this outfit with white braided sandals to finish off the look. This is definitely one of my favorite carefree summer looks!
Now you may see a common pattern in where I am getting my clothes from. Charlotte Russe is where I work so the discount is nice and tends to be where I shop the most. Everything seen in the both pictures is also from CR. The dress is strapless with a simple white top and a pencil like floral bottom. I chose a brown belt to wear with this outfit (to spice it up a little). I'm wearing a multi-color band bracelet on my right hand and a simple gold necklace with dangling charms. In the first picture you can actually see me shoes, which are brown gladiators (that may not be as popular as last year, but still work for me)! The dress was under $30, while both the necklace and bracelet stayed under $10. The belt was $12.50 and the shoes were around $25.

So there is my little ssh-peal on dresses for the hot summer days. Stay cool!!!
